the baby blues
apparently you can have the flu with no cold symptoms. poor sweet arlo has had a fever since friday. we finally went into urgent care yesterday and six hours later emerged with a diagnosis. flu. ugh. i am just waiting for it to smite the rest of the house. see you all again sometime in march... uh, hopefully not. right?

That is always my biggest worry...that it will travel amongst the family. Ugh. And with David always working at the hospital I am convince he is always going to bring some funky bug home.
hope she feels better. and hope you don't get it.
Oh, sweet Arlo...you + the boys could have your own little harmonica band. ;)
And we've been struck with a yucky bug...AGAIN. Yes, see you in March my friend....
oh, that's not good. I hope arlo feels better soon.
Poor Arlo, so sorry she's sick. (Wow, Hannah, she looks so big to me here.) I remember the last time our whole house was sick. I stayed healthy long enough to spend the day getting the others hydrated, comfortable, and under control. That night, after everyone finally fell asleep, I finally got it, but I kept thinking how amazing it was I stayed healthy in order to help everyone else out. Weird how I just remembered that whole story. Hope your turns out much better. xo
oh, poor little arlo! she looks so cute. i hope she gets better, and that you guys all escape the sickness!
Oh, yes. My Eliot was struck yesterday. Mr. Lethargic. And today I'm feeling a little achey. Lotta good that flu shot did. Fingers crossed for the house of Huffmaina.
this happened to my daughter yesterday and I'm holding my breath until my son gets it too.
Just passed it along to my daughter on Saturday after fighting with the intestinal portion for 10 days. She's on day four- seemed better all morning and then another wave hit. This sucks! It's not just a short flu, it's the splendid "10 day flu." Lucky us. Good lucky to you all.
sorry to hear your clan's got it TOO. Happy V-Day. Hope to read from you before March ;-)
ugh - us too - it's like it never ends with three of them - spring can't come fast enough - do hope the wee ones are sunny soon ;)
poor little babe. here's to hoping you guys are out of the sick house soon!
Wow! I just re-read your post and saw the "six hour" part!! Yikes! I hope little Arlo is feeling better by now. (And I hope no one else got it!) Take care!
