i heart betty crocker

i did not get nearly as much crafty done as i had hoped this weekend. i did however get more sleep that i was planning, which was nice. i got some cards made for snailmail. i went and checked out the mayhem that was beths redecorating project, and received my assignment. to recover an old kstate pillow, not too bad. i would have to say that the best part of the weekend was when eliot helped me make a chocolate cake. not from scratch of course, i firmly stand by the excellent cakes that are produced with a box from betty crocker and a tub of whipped chocolate icing. eliot was also very pleased with the preproduction as evident by the pictures. sorry they are so blurry, but he was moving pretty fast in anticipation of having the bowl yanked away from him.

this morning when i gave him a kiss before i left for work he smelled like chocolate cake, yum...
