if you have no bones
thank you for all the well wishes. we are excited about the future. it's going to be difficult in the short term. i'll be commuting back and forth between kc and california until the school year is up. and really the difficulty is all on david's plate. he'll be working from home and watching the kiddos full time. i told you i was very lucky in the man i married. he's something. and i'm not just saying that because he can juggle. we are finishing up the tail end of spring break here. there might be a family movie in our future tomorrow. i'm in full denial about the snow they are forecasting. it can't be. no way. we'll have to comfort ourselves with pizza if it really snows. but let's not talk about it. have a good weekend!

awwww. i love this accolade, "and i'm not just saying that because he can juggle" - mine can too. even though it's between two dogs...graduate school and teaching is so demanding. he's lucky to be a carpenter/artist--there's a true gift there--and income.

your children are so adorable--i hope the time away is minimal, but i'm biased and know a side of motherhood you'll never have to experience. enjoy them as i know you do.

oh and one other thing...it will be interesting to see how you feel about the midwest when you're in Cali for a while...you do really miss it (the midwest)--one of the reasons i moved back...and of course mom.

happy travels, adventure, and new things...

This snow sucks. I wish I had the stuff to make pizza, but lest I refuse to leave the house for the grocery store. Looks like I'll have to stick with the stupid healthy meal I was already prepared for. Yuck.

Good to see you last night. We'll miss you while you're in Cali. I'm going to pretend like you're just on normal business trips instead of letting the reality set in that you've basically moved. Oof.

See you in a few weeks. We'll try to stop in ol Huffmania and take the edge off for D a little while you're gone.
